Payment & Shipping

Pay securely with Credit Card or your Paypal account balance, or if you prefer you can request a SQUARE invoice.

All prices include the GST tax.  This will be deducted automatically for international orders.

You can make secure payment with Visa Mastercard Diners AMEX or Paypal

If you prefer you can phone in your credit card details, process your order through the shopping cart as usual, fill in your address details and click on the "send order securely" button, but when you reach  the secure payment page (where you enter your credit card details) just close the window. We will receive the order, and within a few minutes you shoud receive a confirmation email (if you don't you may have entered the wrong email address and we won't be able to contact you by email , but we will receive the order.  You can then phone in your details on +61 438554791 (international orders). Australian orders  0438 554791 (mobile)  If you wish, you can print your order before clicking on the "send order securely" button.   If you would like us to phone you, please let us know in an email and we will call for your card details. You will need to have javascript enabled to use the shopping cart and menu. (This can be found under Tools, Options, Content in Firefox)

There is also a currency converter available, just click on the "select currency link" at the top of the menu.  Please note that this is approximate only and your order will be billed in Australian dollars, GST inclusive (GST will be deducted automatically  for international orders).

Australian orders can also be paid by direct deposit .


Please note:  We do not add the shipping cost onto the price of each and every item and then offer "free shipping".  We charge postage costs are per parcel shipped.

While we are based at Yowah (approx April to November) we only  have two mail pick-up and delivery days a week, Wednesday morning and Friday morning (Tuesday and Thursday in USA).  At other times of the year we are able to post most working days.

International orders can be sent by Registered Post which includes $100 insurance..

All overseas mail is sent by Airmail which takes approximately 9 - 14 days.  Insurance is available.

Australian mail can be sent by registered post, or express post (express post may or may not be any faster than registered as we can only post twice a week while in Yowah)

FedEx and other Courier services are NOT available from Yowah.

Insurance is optional, but recommended.  While we take every care in sending your parcel we have no control over the parcel once it is in the postal system.  If your parcel is lost or damaged in the post, we cannot offer more compensation than the amount insured.

Most parcels will automatically have $50 insurance included.
